Panel of three in person. Basic questions about your experience previously as a PIO. They place a lot of emphasis on experience and skills and require you to know how to do a lot of things such as writing, programming, video, and graphics.

What video codec are you familiar with?
Graphic Design experience?
Examples of writing for Public Information?
What speeches have you written and for who?
Have you developed talking points?
What media outlets have you given interviews to in the past?
What languages other than English do you know?
First came the written test, which asked you to write a response to the prompt given. Then came the face-to-face interview with three proctors asking a number of questions. All three took notes.

Entretien
1. Timed 15 minute analysis test. I was given a problem situation, and five documents (org. charts, policy, & procedure docs.) to read and process. I was told to come up with a written, and oral solution. 2. Present solution to the panel (4 people). 3. Timed 30 minute Q&A. Each person on the panel would ask a question. There was a total of 7 questions.
