The interview itself was with two people, one higher up in the company and the other was a deck manager. Mainly discussed my swimming background and what would make me a good coach. It was pretty straightforward.

Asked about experience with swimming and kids. Quick on job offer. The interviewer seemed interested more on my availability then ability to manage the kids swimming. Overall nice and cool staff. Parents and children are fine to work with as long as you communicate with them.
