Calm Computing performed a phone interview, had me complete an online assessment, and come in for an in-person interview. The phone interview was formatted, and delivered conversationally. The assessment was designed to see where my skills were, and took about an hour. The in-person interview was kind of fun! We were able to talk as long as we liked, and discussed topics all over the technical map. We took extra time so I could have a turn asking them questions.
