The interview process has 3 steps: - HR interview - Recruitment task - Developer interview. O only made it to to the second part of the process. The interview either the HR was very good. Very professional, and also friendly. For the recruitment task o had a week to complete. It was on a platform named codility, and it had 5 sections. A react section, a react native section, an algorithm section and 2 multiple choice sections (one react native and one basic programming tools and such)

Friendly recruiter. Inaccurate interview preparation. Friendly interviewer. Bad interview. Interviewer demonstrated surface level understanding of JavaScript, React architecture, React Native, performance and security, refusing to dive deeper, reflected in irrelevant feedback.
