It was very friendly. I was interviewed by designers at first and later I was interviewed by the Vice President. The entire process was very comfortable and laid back. I was given the opportunity to pick the type of work I wanted to be exposed to.

Very casual, discussed qualifications, experience, and work done with previous firms. Felt comfortably able to share my opinions on design and architecture in what felt more like a conversation than an interview.
