I found a job posting on their website and eventually applied online. Within two weeks I was contacted via email to set up an online interview. I had two interviews with people of varying levels within the company. After the final interview within a week or so I was contacted via email that I was being offered the job. After a few emails back and forth everything was finalized. Most of the questions were in regards to my submitted portfolio. I applied online and they had taken the time to print out the pages for reference.

They are Watching my portfolio and request for explaining some of projects. I guess they expect what he or she can do something or coordinate with original member. That might be issue for them such as some software skills and communication.
