Applied online from Edjoin.com. Received a call from screening company and later from Lead Teacher. Interview seemed perfunctory. Interviewer was friendly and professional, questions largely revolved around determining my comfort level with working online and my phone manner.

Entretien
Two phone calls were held- One with the outside Human Resources contractor, and another with a CAVA administrator. I was called 3 months after I applied. I was offered a job the next day. I was not allowed to give 2 weeks notice to my then-current employer.

I was asked about previous experience teaching and learning in online environments. I was also asked about previous experience using various technology platforms, and to discuss pitfalls of online education.

Entretien
They asked me questions that only pertained to the Virtual setting. They didn't ask me too much about my classroom experience which led me to believe I would not be doing too much teaching.
