one on the phone interview and one in person. they look at your grades and your work experience and how much you know about ABA. they ask you why you want to work for them

Received a phone interview, then I was requested two references and to set up a time for an in-person interview. Once at the interview, I had to fill out another application. I was advised to arrive 15 minutes early to do this. Everybody seemed very nice and friendly and the interview was almost like a conversation. The interviewer was very knowledgable about the company.
