A panel interview followed up with a 30-minute written test. Mainly ask questions specifically about the unit. 4 interview questions in total including what your understanding of the water board, what do you know about Waste Discharge Requirement, what do you know about Geotracker, ect.

I was interviewed by one person in person and then had a follow up on the phone. My future boss was informal and he asked me simple questions about both myself and experience. A co worker then called and explained the specific work that I would be doing.
