Unprofessional, asinine interview process. My job offer was rescinded. Took 2 months in total. I applied on Indeed Nov 29. After a month, I had a phone interview. It was fine. 2 weeks later I had an in-person interview on Jan 13. Again, it was fine. It went great actually, and I felt good afterwards. A week goes by and I ask for an update, they tell me they'll reach out to me. Then another week goes by and I ask for another update, and one of the guys calls me with good news, I received a verbal job offer and they'll touch base in a few days with next steps. Okay, cool. Well, I did receive that call, but they rescinded my job offer because "we didn't have the budget we thought we did". ARE YOU SERIOUS? This job was posted well over 2 months ago and now all of a sudden you don't have a budget for the position? Thanks for wasting my time and getting my hopes up CRC.
