The recruiter called me to set up an interview. The recruiter said that usually the branch manager handles all interviews but she was helping screen some resumes. The recruiter asked many questions about cash handling and customer service. The recruiter asked if I had any questions about the hours or the location and what my salary requirement was.

The recruiter asked me how do I handle stressful situations. The recruiter said that the job can be intense because on some days many members come in. Some become upset when there's a long line and have to wait too long. By the time they get to the teller they are upset and irritable. The recruiter also asked to describe a time when a member yelled or was upset and how I handled it.
