It was a telephone interview that was scheduled the day after I sent my resume. A team of 2 managers called me and asked the questions. The focus was on my background and ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple assignments with the same deadlines. It's only been a week since the interview so I really don't know whether an offer will be forthcoming.
