APPLIED AFTER INDEED SUGGESTED. A recruiter emailed me with an email requesting a phone interview and not to reply to the email. BUT I DID, and got an interview and an apology for the confusion. Had a phone interview that was 20 minutes late. SENT RESUME, then got an in person interview; a week later. WENT IN; 1st interview led to a 2nd where The BULLY OF THE SHOP made me feel worthless and no good to work at their ATHENS , GA location because you could clearly pick up on my homosexuality and did they did everything they could to SCARE ME AWAY from wanting to work there. I GOT THE MESSAGE QUICK; got my resume that was clearly being the butt of jokes around there and left very quikly letting MR MUSCLE MAN know that HE SCARED ME AWAY; And i had ABSOLUTELY ZERO DESIRE to work amongnst such HATEFUL BIGOTS! IT WAS CLEAR AS DAY my "hospitality background" had ZERO place in their AUTOMOTIVE world.

It was a two-step process, ok but they never committed the final verdict, which was a bit sad. The communication at the start was great but then I felt they could have been a bit more proactive post the interview. That said, I think they would have been a great company to work for.

Question 1
The two interviewers requested information about my professional background i.e. who I am, what I do and what my motivations were. They also asked what I knew about Caliber collision and what my career goals would be if I had joined their team.
Panel interview. Good questions asked but be prepared for typical interview questions and have good answers. They look for someone who is well spoken and knows what they’re talking about.
