They reached out through email asking if I would do a phone interview, and I emailed back within two hours of them sending the email. I never heard back. Two days later, I sent a follow up email making sure they received the first one, and still nothing. Ghosted.

Entretien
3 different rounds of interviews. One with HR for some basic background information. The second interview was a mock sales call. The third interview was with a panel of sales managers. Very cordial and relaxed vibe.

The phone interview consisted of a series of behavioral questions. I was asked about 5 or so of them. The interviewer did not highlight the pros of joining the company as I have experienced on other phone interviews. She just dove straight into asking the questions. It was a so so conversation. I did most of the talking. She did however promptly follow up with me on their decision.
