I applied online. There was an HR phone screen, then a phone call with the hiring manager on the Finance team (both around 25 minutes). Went for an onsite, interviewed with all 4 people on the team. Finished with an Excel test. Overall a really relaxed yet organized experience. The people on the team made me feel comfortable.

Went through 3 interviews, one virtual with Sr Manager, very brief. Second was technical Excel test with analyst on IFS, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and nested XLOOKUP. Last was 1.5 hr interview again with Sr Manager and Analyst, then with Sr Director and VP
