The interview process was EXTREMELY thorough. It will get you out of your comfort zone, and you'll be asked some intense questions! The whole process takes about a month. They really want to make sure you will be the best fit for the team, as well as let you make the decision on if this is the right team for you!

Entretien
It was thorough and thoughtful. It gave me a good idea of the culture and dedication of the team. I had an initial phone screening, a shadow day, and an additional interview followed by references.

Entretien
Very thorough process but I loved that it was. This is a partnership and both sides need to agree that it is a fit. You will be asked questions that you have not been asked before that really make you think. It is very apparent what values CRG has so this process is very well done in order to find the best candidates for the team
