You are handed an application form and a test with a lot of somewhat ridiculous questions. After your test is reviewed by the interviewer, they ask about scheduling. All of this is done in front of guests at guest tables which strikes me as pretty unprofessional.

- Name 2 red wines and 2 white ones and use 1 word to describe how they taste
- What is the proper way to present and serve wine?
- What is: varietal; kale; risotto; short rib; I.P.A.; polenta?
- What is your signature for customer service?
