You interviewed with one manager and if you were called back you interviewed with the second manager. The process was easy. If you accept the position you start an online training program and then you train with a senior server. At the completion of training, you serve the owner and he tests you on your alcohol, wine and food knowledge. Once this is done you can start taking tables on your own.
