Entretien
I had an offer from Cadence few years ago which I turned down, then, for personal and career development reasons. The circumstances changed since then.
Contacted by interested manager through familiar recruiter. Lunch with said manager, followed by a formal interview with hiring manager and senior architects.
Normal, old-school previous experience and technical ability interview. No "solve me a puzzle" nonsense for the experienced with good known references, even though I was prepared (get a good book and be prepared!).
Don't know how recent graduates are interviewed.

Entretien
Around 6-7 45 minutes interview sessions with a lunch interview session. Interviewers were friendly, reasonable, listening carefully. Most questions were about project management, team/people management, quality/testing, previous experience. There were several whiteboard coding tasks on algorithms and data structures; not very difficult and I was given enough time to complete.
