Applied Online. Was contacted by a recruiter couple of weeks(on a Thursday) after application. Scheduled a phone call with the Hiring Manager and the Senior Director for the next day. Basic technical questions about Resume,Custom Layout, Matching etc. Was scheduled another technical phone call with two more managers after a couple of days (Next week Tuesday). The questions here were more about in dept about my previous work and the projects done in school. Finally, an onsite interview was scheduled(for Thursday) which covered a broad set of topics but simple questions like Basic Diff Amp, Layouts, Digital Design, SRAM Design, EMIR, IR Drop, Multiple Patterning, FinFETS, Latchup, SKILL Coding etc. Was offered the job the next day. Very fast. The entire process of Two Phone screens and On site with the offer took about a week. The interviewers are very friendly and overall it was a very positive experience.
