I applied through Linkedin. Received a phone interview schedule from Hiring manager.Had one rounded of technical interview with the project manager. Got the offer after one and half month after the interview

Recruiter contacted me via email, then phone, discussed the position, their expectations from me. Described the interview process. Had a good interview. The recruiter started to respond later after each email and indicated it doesn't look very promising. I asked for a final decision so that I can focus on other things. She stopped responding without officially rejecting me for the position.
