I am sorry that you had a disappointing experience.
I acknowledge the delays in responding to you, and I know how frustrating that can be. I have already made certain changes which will ensure that future communication with candidates is prompt.
I also acknowledge your feedback with respect to the interview process and I am discussing the same with the Hiring Manager to ensure that it does not recur.
With regard to the test, some of the sentences in the test are phrased incorrectly to be representative of the kind of material our editors regularly work with. Our tests have been thoroughly vetted but I am passing on your feedback to our test-creation team to be doubly sure.
