The HR recruiter was very kind and nice, the first interview was only 15 minutes in which they barely asked about anything relevant. They went straight for the technical challenge (take home assignment, the famous car pooling challenge) and you may think if you show your skills they will consider it, especially when you have 15+ years of experience so nothing burger for you... But here is where it comes the hell, they think they are Google or NASA and don't matter how good you do, they make you spend days of your time, putting your effort in doing your best and the most complete work and when you deliver it perfectly finished with all the code perfectly structured, with comments, with 100% coverage, with all the possible pipeline steps (even reporting the coverage to Gitlab panel) and passing all the tests defined by them (acceptance, and then performance which you have to discover it), then they reject you with a miserable automated email, although you ask for it, they don't even bother to give you a single sentence of feedback to let you know what was wrong... Total disrespect for the candidates, I don't recommend anyone starting an interview with them, they pretend they are inclusive and caring all that bull***t but knowing how they disrespect their candidates, you lose any further interest in never ever more consider to work with them. Totally not recommended, don't waste your time.
