Entretien
The interview was pretty straight forward for a retail interview. They called me in and I met with the manager who I would be working under. He had a list of interview questions that seemed pretty standard throughout the retail industry. After the initial interview I was drug tested right on the spot and then told that I would be contacted for an orientation as long as the drug test came back OK and the background was good. After that I went to orientation and started working.

Question 1
Pretty straight forward. Give an example of a time when you dealt with a customer... Give an example of a time you came through for a customer.... things along those lines. Essentially a pretty standard cookie cutter interview that is standard throughout various retail employers. The questions are pretty much designed to see if you are a complete moron because it should be easy to answer if you have ever had any past retail experience and have lived on this Earth for more than an hour.
