Just asked different questions regarding why I want to join Cabela's. Some situation questions like any good customer service I received, bad customer service I received. Any angry customer I had to deal with. How I handled it. Why leaving current job.

Entretien
It was very easy. Four questions and you must have weekend availability. Managers were nice and training was thorough. I was thrilled to get the job. Training is 5 days full time.
