The interview was very brief. The interviewer did not get into much detail about the position. The basic responsibilities were gone over and no more than three questions were asked about my previous experience.

The interview process that I experience was a mass interview. There were several hundred who had applied yet only a handful of people were selected for the positions being offered. The most stressful part of the entire situation is you could see the stack of applications left by others who had interviewed moments before you. We were farmed in one door and taken out another door and you were told that you would be notified either by phone or email. I waited nearly two months before I was contacted.

Be prepared to answer a battery of questions I was asked to tell about myself, was asked why should I be hired. The interviewer wanted to know what skills that I could bring to the table, Was I willing to work long hours and how was my temperament.

Interviewed me like it was some difficult operation that requiring a variety of diversified skills. When all in all very simple job. Sat down one on one with employer. Very simple and got hired that same day.

Entretien
Filled out online application. Rec'd call from local HR person the next day. Because of my schedule, did a sit down interview with a department manager after HR had gone home for the day. Was offered a position for my 2nd place desired position. 1st place desired position would have to wait for a discussion with HR the next day via phone. Did not commit since still have another opportunity with different employer in the works - I have not made a decision yet.
