Fairly straight forward. Time from application to Interview was about a week. In person. Interviewer was nice and the questions were typical. The atmosphere was comfortable. I felt confident and was made to feel that they value good employees.

Question 1
How many years of experience in sales of similar products.
Sat with two supervisors. Was asked questions based on how I would help others to achieve their goals. How to sell a store credit card. Then was asked to come back next week.
walk in interview with manager, call from hr, onboarding. took about 2 weeks before hearing back from their team. it was a solo interview, however training is done across departments mixed together by onboarding dates. we would split up for individual department stuff, otherwise had general training collectively.
