It was a very innovative style of interview that was a breath of fresh air compared to the usual mundane tired interview process most companies used at past places of employment. They no longer use this process but when I was hired they had you take a video interview with a list of some job relevant questions and other fun ones to get a feel for your personality. Then right after my in-person interview they had me take a series of tests on the computer which test your overall computer knowledge, on-the-go math skills, as well as critical thinking and I enjoyed it very much. It was a great way to ensure prospective employees haven't lied on their interview and interrupt workflows as they learn their position because they are not as qualified as they led to believe on their resume which I have dealt with countless times in the past with coworkers.
