Wasted my time completely. Very poor management to make me go through many steps of online video recorder, testing, and in person interview over a 3 week duration to even be given the false hope that second round of interviews were coming and just give it another week to hear back. 1 month later and I'm chasing Joe Johnson down who is a complete waste of your time. I finally got an email back saying they moved on. Thanks for wasting 1 month of my time on a bs process. I'm glad I don't work for them now considering the complete unprofessional attitude and inconsiderate jerks that I would be working for.

They were hiring through a recruiter. First step was getting through the recruiter interview. Second step was an in-person interview with management. Third step was taking a very long online critical thinking and personality assessment. The position and company sounded interesting at first. Everything was fine in working with the recruiter. The in-person interview was a disaster. I showed up to the office, which looked very nice. All the employees were dressed in various levels of business attire. The two managers I met with were quite late to the interview. These two managers were dressing casual jeans, T-shirt, and baseball cap. It was difficult to take them seriously. They looked and acted like they did not take their jobs seriously. Their interviewing skills were abysmal. They had almost no questions or points to speak about. I had to conduct both sides of the interview. It was like pulling teeth out of these guys to get this interview going. After the interview I was e-mailed a link for a very long online assessment. This assessment went on for almost two hours. It tested aptitude, personality, and emotional intelligence. Part of the assessment seemed interesting and reasonable, but a lot of it was downright ridiculous. Matching facial expressions to words was a complete waste. Overall, the fact that a company uses an assessment like this speaks volumes about a company who does not know how to hire. Eventually I was informed that the company is looking for perfection in the person they want to hire. This means it would be what their perception of perfection is, of course. I was informed that they had been interviewing for this role for quite some time since they had not found perfection yet.
