Applied to CVS in FL, got a call the same day I put in an application. Interview was scheduled the same day I put in application. You do not need to be certified to get a pharmacy tech job! CVS will train you but they will not pay for certification.

After application acceptance, the manager contacts them for an interview. The time is arranged between you and the manager and they ask a few questions to see if the candidates qualify.

1 on 1 interview where they asked about my virtues had to wait 2 weeks for them to conduct my background check and process my drug test. Before I had even got my first interview i later learned that from my application that I first had to pass a hidden personality test
