Had a breif phone screening then a video call interview.
The questions were very basic and easy to navigate.
Had what I thought was a very good interview only to be ghosted by the recruiter and hiring director, which I thought to be very unprofessional.
Seemed to me they only interviewed me so they were "diverse" but probably gave the job to someone internally.
Didn't even get an email saying that I was not picked.

there were three interview, the recruiter, director, executive director. they were all transparent about the role and timeline as well as expected growth as well as current team status, it was an enjoyable experience. hope to hear back soon.
It was a standard process for interviewing. I met with the hiring manager then for a second interview I met with some of the staff. I think the interview process was fair and you don't have to go through 5 interviews for the job.

It was fast and ok. The problem is, I don't think they knew what they were looking for. The director had a very short-term view, which made it slightly weird considering it's a fortune 5 company. I was told there is a tool they want to implement (short-term view) and they kept talking about it. They should have simply asked if I've ever implemented a SaaS tool and the scope at which the implementation was. I have done thousands to multi-billion dollar scopes. But in the end they said they went with someone who "has depth of scope".... whatever that means.
