Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez CVS Health en mars 2011

For CVS you are required to fill out the application on-line, which lists what stores have which openings. After I filled out the app I went to the store to ask some follow up questions and to show how interested I was. I was told there were no openings even though it looks like there are online. They keep it that way so when there is a need they have a list already established of people to interview. So that was disappointing and frustrating because the app is not short. Then 2 months later I got a call for an interview. There was 3 people which was fine but I was not expecting that. The first thing they asked me was what I was going to school for and I told them I was taking my prereqs for Pharmacy School so of course they wanted to know when I would be applying and when I told them I had applied for fall the interview was over, however, they didn’t actually end the interview. From that point on they sporadically would ask random questions like was I married and what do I do in my free time so when I mentioned I like to read they started talking among themselves about the books they were reading. The look on their faces and the fact they did not ask me anything further about my work experience or skills told me that my availability was not satisfactory. This was disappointing because I really thought since I would be going to Pharmacy School and could potential work for CVS for the remainder of my career that I was an excellent candidate. I received a call 4 days later saying they went with another candidate.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
