Recruiter reached out to connect about the position, indicated it would be a video call, didn’t turn their camera on. Passed my info to the hiring manager, scheduled 2nd interview which was not with the hiring manager but a colleague who seemed unfamiliar about the position, again video call and didn’t turn on video. Very awkward and robotic interview.

Question 1
Lots of behavioral questions, “Tell me about a time…,”
HR round, hiring manager round, case study, and then super day with different team members (Eng, DS, design, etc). Overall, it was mainly conversational which I appreciated, rather than technical. A lot of it was determining skill set and communication style between teams.
Contacted for an interview from Aetna, sent a screening document to fill out, met with the hiring manager for a virtual meeting, might be a second round with other team members.
it was pretty good and i really enjoyed the part where they asked questions and i answered questions and then we talked about stuff and the job and other jobs
