Spoke to someone who did a quick overview and to see if I was still interested. Then they set up an interview time. Interview consisted of about 6 or 7 questions based on experience and the role.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Describe a time when you had to handle a difficult call
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
