I was contacted by a 3rd Party HR team for a telephone interview. It was somewhat confusing as I received a phone call as well as text messages from two different people within the same HR business.

If hired, the position would consist of a 5 week training during normal business hours, however, after training, the position could be evening and/or weekend hours. Would that be acceptable?

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
