I put my application in on a Friday and received a phone call on that Monday, interview was set for Wednesday and I had the job by the next Monday. Easy interview, asked how and why I enjoy helping people, what i would do in different situations. Best and easiest interview i have ever gone through!

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Entretien
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
