Ignored my resume and relevant skillsets, and proceeded to mislabel a analyst/scientist job description with interview expectations for a data engineer, which should be the job title if that is really what they're looking for. But I'd focus on productive HR and removing the contractors. The brain drain is real, kids.

Started with HR screen, moved on to hiring manager phone interview, then phone interview with VP that manages the group. On-site interview followed, but it was the worst organized interview I've ever had mainly because I got my travel arraignments at the last minute.
On-site interview was an extraordinarily hostile and rude experience. Organization sounded like it was moving in a different direction every week due to poor management. Overall, it seemed like an antiquated company that was trying to move in new directions with with managers that create a hostile work environment. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. On top of that, the Northbrook office is the epitome of a bland, depressing suburban office.
