Initial phone interview with HR recruiter. Was called about 3 weeks later to set up an onsite interview. Did not hear anything for 2 weeks following interview.. Finally e-mailed recruiter for update, then received generic automated rejection the next day.

Very fast and easy. Mostly behavioral questions. The interviewer tried to make you feel comfortable and keep the questions as simple as possible. They first introduce themselves very briefly and then go over the job description and then ask you to take over and introduce yourself.
