After completing an online application, a qualified candidate will be invited for an interview. After an initial interview, the candidate will be compared to other candidates for the position and offered the job. If the candidate accepts the offer, training is scheduled and the newly hired candidate will then have 2 weeks of training before ever setting foot in the pharmacy.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
