It took about 2 months to complete. There was miscommunication about the location and time of the interview. I was led to believe that this position was mostly an office job only to find out it is mostly manual labor (heavy lifting etc). I was told I would not have to work overnights and within 6 months was told I needed to work 2 weeks of overnight shifts for a mandatory project.

The first stage was interview me on behavioral questions. The next stage is to take a VJT. Then you will move on to the next stage with an interview with the store manager. The recruiter was kind and outgoing.
