After I applied, I went up to the store the next day because I really want the job. I spoke with the hiring manager and he just asked basic questions like my availability and experience. He said he would call the PIC and speak with her about it and then call me back. I received a phone call later that day and he asked me to come in for an interview the next morning. My interview was with the PIC. It was no longer than 15 minutes. She was very friendly. The only question she asked me was "Why CVS?" which was easy enough to answer. She wanted to clarify what kind of experience I had such as order entry, inventory, etc. I told her I knew this job like the back of my hand. She asked me what price range I wanted. After reading on glassdoor.com about salaries for pharmacy technicians, I assumed 9 would be a little much but I asked for it anyway. She laughed and said she would push for me to have 9.75 because of my experience. I was flabbergasted. I assumed the maximum amount I would get would be 8.50.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
