It’s a group interview. It takes about 4-6 hours depending on how long it takes to get through the slide shows and group activities. They go over CVS Health benefits, expectations, insurance etc. You usually get offered an interview after you finish all the paper work you’re suppose to do online before hand which can take from 15-30 days depending on how fast you finish the hiring checklist.

Easy phone then virtual the phone was 10 to 15 min long the virtual was 20-30 minutes long. They ask a series of questions pertaining to background of applicant. They also ask scenario questions to see how applicant would respond to certain situations.
