I interviewed with CVS Caremark for a summer internship in their finance department. I heard about the job through a family connection and was late in the sign up process. The first interview was a phone interview that lasted about an hour and I thought it went really well. Since I was late in the process they lady I spoke with on the phone said she wanted to push me along, but it would depend if there were any other openings. I got a call about 4 days later saying they wanted to do a 1-1 interview at the company headquarters in Rhode Island. That interview was very different. One lady who was in the interview was almost cold she was monotone and she made me feel like I was just taking up her time. The other guy was younger and was joking around a lot so it was hard to take him seriously. I thought the interview was ok, just very weird and awkward. After the interview I got a call back saying they were moving in a different direction. I was not that upset because I was not looking forward to working with them.

Online interview experience. First was just videos, very isolated, but the person interviews were good. The people were very nice and friendly, and made sure that I felt comfortable during the interview.
