HR called in to review my profile and arranged a call with the founder the very same day. It was a 20-minute discussion, where I kept asking about funding and vision, but there were no clear goals. They forwarded the offer, asked for Salary Slips, other details etc, and then just vanished. Reached out to them to know they're no longer considering my candidature (even after sending an acceptance email). As per Linkedin data - 50% of their employees leave within 5-6 months, which explains why their employee count is constant for the last 2-3 years. Will not recommend to anyone.
