Spoke to director and manager of engineering. They were nice. They asked what projects were completed back in college and any other type of experience. They give you a tour of the building and they talk to you about their company

I quite surprised how easy the interview was, but quickly realized why once i got in. I had other employees that were hired along with me confess that they regret accepting the job.

The process was done through a staffing agency that was being paid through another staffing agency.
There was a phone call to disclose things such as location, asking for expected pay and the nature of the position, a series of phone calls then an in person interview to see the place

Phone Interview after Email Contact. Afterwards, put into a conference call with their Web Architect and Software Manager. Call was slightly late due to technical difficulties. Somewhat uncomfortable and awkward.
