Applied online, and was interviewed over the phone with a recruiter. Mostly behavioral questions and some about past experience but none that were technical, and lasted about 15 minutes. That was the only interview before I received the offer.

Applied Online from their website, after about a week I asked if I would take a financial aptitude test. The test was about 45 minutes long. A month later was notified that I did not receive the position.
