It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

need to apply on csx website-if called for interview you will be given series of test-psychological and a background check. if you pass you have to attend a 6to 8 week training coarse in atlanta georgia. this you will have to pay for....2 to 4 thousand dollars. When you complete the course and pass you will then be put on a waiting list for next available postion to come open.

the interview is basicly a behavoirly interview. Like if the engineer disagrees with you on what should be done what would you do?

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
