Quick HR phone call followed by interview with manager and two team members. ~1hr long, no technical quizzes more of a technical discussion with a couple of hypothetical. Minimal boring HR type questions

very straightforward, and mostly dealt with the technology you will be working on. the interview had technical and behavioral questions. the process after that did took long but was worth the wait since the company is awesome and it was all worth it now

Entretien
Phone interview with HR. Competency test online. Once passed competency test, called in for group interview with hiring manager and 3 team members. HR followed up and negotiations began. It took almost a month to negotiate the terms of hiring.
