Interviews have been conducted in-person and virtually, depending on department needs and availability. A series of questions are asked, and the opportunity to ask questions of the interviewers is generally offered. Each department may conduct this process as they see fit.

Questions vary by department hiring for the position.
Process was short and straight forward. Interviewers asked very common questions regarding proper functioning of campus services and were really interactive with the interview, making people feel more comfortable with the interview.
The interview was done by the department chair and my immediate supervisor. My supervisor asked all the questions. At the end of the interview I was offered the position.
