I had just one interview. It was a breeze. The only questions asked was how to demonstrate great customer service, and how many years of customer service I had.

To start, the manager scheduled the interview and forgot that he had meetings that day. So I had to reschedule, but he was very understanding when I told him that I couldn't make it back due to lack of a sitter, so I asked for a phone interview and he went along with it. He was very thorough in his questions and he gave adequate time to answer. Almost felt like a regular phone conversation, but maybe that was just my personality coming through. It did take about a 3 weeks to hear back from them which in turn I had to do a face-to-face with the 2nd shift manager, but he was laid back and told me that since I had a strong interview with the original manager he would just take his word. Overall, there is a 2 step process before actually receiving the job offer. But as long as you are confident and care for people as well as the success of the company you will go far. This is COLUMBUS location on N HIGH ST...and for those of you wondering there is NO DRUG TEST but there is a BACKGROUND CHECK

The interview was a quick 30-35 minute interview with the same main/basic common questions. The hiring manager was really nice. The place was neat (medical facility), I didn't have to long.
